3. PERFUME PLANTS HARVESTER – Clier Lavander harvesting machine

         This system is used for the harvesting of all perfume and medicinal plants with short stems, especially lavander (real). The harvesting principle is identical to the other types of harvesters. Once cut off by the cutting parts, the stems are drawn up by two vertical carpets which transport them onto a hopper.

Characteristics:
 

           Loose harvester, adapted on the side of a tractor ref.RPP13. For each tractor an adaptation is necessary (when exported it must be done either by the client or by a technician specialized in agriculture equipment)

1. - 50 to 70 horsepower needed on the tractor , 2 or 4 wheel drive.

2. - Harvesting capacity: 3h/ha

3. - Speed: 2 to 5 km/h

4. - Cutting height: minimum 8cm, maximum 55cm

5. - alveolus chain harvester (patented system)

6. - hydraulic transmission allowed by a hydraulic station driven by shearing force

option with self loading hopper and automatic unloading ref.RPP20

       Capacity 5 m3 adapted on a hydraulic station with three-point hitch, or on a lifting pole ref.RPP23. In that case the hydraulic station is on the lifting pole. The lifting pole is bolted onto the back of the tractor. Specific adaptation for each tractor (when exported it must be done either by the client or by a technician specialized in agriculture equipment).
